By accessing this website or using any Servility products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

OEM & Technology Provider Status

Servility operates as an OEM technology provider, security solutions integrator, distributor, software provider, and infrastructure partner similar in operational capacity to major international security brands and manufacturers.

Servility provides:

  • Perimeter detection systems

  • CCTV and intelligent surveillance solutions

  • AI analytics integrations

  • Network and access control systems

  • Monitoring and automation platforms

  • Custom enterprise security solutions

All intellectual property, software logic, integrations, configurations, branding, documentation, designs, and systems remain the sole property of Servility unless otherwise agreed in writing

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:

Servility shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages,

  • consequential damages,

  • loss of profits,

  • business interruption,

  • data loss,

  • security breaches caused by third parties,

  • misuse of products,

  • incorrect installation by third parties,

  • customer negligence,

  • internet outages,

  • load shedding,

  • power failures,

  • cyber attacks,

  • acts of God,

  • theft,

  • vandalism,

  • or failures caused by external systems.

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

The customer acknowledges that no security system is guaranteed to prevent all incidents, losses, intrusions, or criminal activity.

The total liability of Servility under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable product or service.

Product Use & Installations

Customers and installers agree:

  • to use products only for lawful purposes,

  • not to tamper with firmware or software,

  • not to reverse engineer Servility technologies,

  • not to remove branding or serial identification,

  • and not to misuse monitoring systems in violation of privacy laws.

Improper installation, modification, or unauthorized integration voids all warranties and support obligations.

Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

  • warranties are limited to manufacturer warranty terms,

  • warranties do not cover physical damage, lightning, misuse, water damage, theft, unauthorized repairs, or electrical faults,

  • software compatibility and integrations are not guaranteed indefinitely.

Servility reserves the right to refuse warranty claims where products were improperly installed, modified, or misused.

Payments & Quotations

All quotations:

  • are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise,

  • are subject to stock availability,

  • may change due to exchange rate fluctuations,

  • and remain confidential.

Late payments may result in:

  • suspension of services,

  • cancellation of support,

  • removal of access,

  • and legal recovery action

Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, branding, graphics, documentation, software, marketing materials, and system architecture remain the intellectual property of Servility.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Amendments

Servility reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
